Barrier on the border (Bulgarian side) not lifting up... [MOD]

I do have mods but none of them is related to the border prefab, so I doubt that any of these mods is the cause for this.

they see that you use mods, and therefore wont invest time in seeing if it is game or mod related, because in 1.47 the barrier opens
