Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

That sounds like a better question for their topic :) (I hope it is easily found)

But I suppose they could make a global Man F7/F8/F9 mod, at least, just in theory..

Im sorry for being late to the party, but does this also mean that it will be configure-able as a RABA, OAF and Saviem aswell?
Also the ROMAN Diesel had all sorts of variations in the 1990s. I know there were facelifts but i also vaguely remember different engine types too.

To speak the truth, I have no idea which plans the author of the new Man F8 has (I'm not involved in its developing process), but I suppose all these variations will not be available at the initial release. In the future releases? Maybe...

Hey , so you know the same as we do about the F8 Project?
Months (..?. )ago it was more or less "when its done" Level but after the thread got deleted nothing News related was available since that time🤔

I know nothing about the F8 project, nobody contacted me or anything...

Yeah, that's pretty sad, but I no longer update this mod. The only way is to find someone who would be able to take this project instead of me.

Well, I recently saw an updated version by Soap98 guy - he didn't ask me about permission, but actually I don't mind at all. If you are interested, you can find that mod and give it a try. But honestly I have a feeling he didn't fix all the errors that need to be fixed - but I might be wrong..

soap98 should ask you before doing anything.

But, in any case, I have quite a few mods of him instaled, and the guy does an amazing work keeping up this old mods. I have some of him installed. I really like the work that he done with the Diamond Reo Royale CabOver for example.
