[REL][WIP] ScandinaviaMod ProMods map add-on v0.4 for 1.32.x

Some information about the current status about ScandinaviaMod
The rebuild of E18 between Oslo and Kristiansand is now completed. The remaining part is to finish up scenery and other details
Rebuild of E39 from Kristiansand to Stavanger is remaining including making the city Mandal.
Other cities in the map also need some work on the scenery.
In some patches, the main roads are fully detailed
ScandinaviaMod v1.0 is soon ready for the beta testers and i plan to release this to some content creators aswell first
After that, the map will be released to the public
Next up is to continue developing on the roadmap beyond v1.0 which you can find on first page in this topic
Some upcoming content might be subject to change

I would like to thank everyone for being very patient on waiting for an update on this map for so long
There has been several challenges and sometimes got stuck in the development that the release had to be delayed

Creating the scenery to cities and outside cities is the hard work to do and takes a long time and especially since i am alone doing this
There are some patches inbetween that has a complete scenery
I also have a limited amount of time to sit down and work on the map everyday

thats good to hear! i personaly enjoy driving through scandinavia and those nice roads, looking forward to more w.i.p pictures

Here is some WIP screenshots

From Kristiansand and downtown area which is rebuilt and added some more parts to the ferry port
SCS version of Kristiansand you could also see downtown Kristiansand but no access to it.
I have opened up some access here and will be some more companies here, hotel and a new ferry connection as i will add Eemshaven in Netherlands
This is a very new route, that opened up in April 2022 by Holland Norway Lines

This will be the entrance to Eemshaven. I have finished the layout of it but needs to add landscape
There will be a few companies (mostly windmill parks) here and power plants
Then there will be a road connection from Eemshaven to Groningen

I have not added the downtown area of Stavanger so focused on the areas around it
The nearby areas in vicinity of Stavanger is very large so there will be many companies here part of Stavanger and the city of Sandnes

It is possible i might create Emden aswell
IRL, HNL are having issues with docking in Eemshaven as there are other ships occupying the docking ramp
Maybe give an option for the player to either dock in Emden or Eemshaven or just only have Eemshaven as i have it now
