WS bugging into the ground and causing damage to truck

I bought Western Star truck and unlike others, it bugs into the ground, especially in San Francisco. And when it does, it gives 0-20% damage. I dont know if im doing something wrong, but this doesnt happen with other trucks.

I play on Windows 10, 64 bit. version of the game 1.46
It happens quite often on uneven terrain.
