Driver behaviour
Hi,
One of my drivers seem to be behaving different to others. They do a delivery and after each one they return to base costing maintenance and fuel money. I've not had this before and i've tried them on balanced and different training but it still happens.
Anyone had this as well?
Cheers,
Rodders.

Re: Driver behaviour
Increase their long distance training and it should stop. They are likely travelling to a location right at the edge of their distance skill and the return journeys are just over the limit.

Re: Driver behaviour
As a matter of interest @Rodders 61 which two cities are involved and what is the driver's current long distance skill?

Thanks both for the help. My diver is stationed in Copenhagen in bay 3 with 4 other drivers and on 7.5 but only has 3 points in long distance. They have 1 to go in JIT and 3 in ADR if that helps. Also, it's not any particular delivery destination.
Cheers.

The fact that it isn't always the same destination city is very odd. Would you be able to share a screenshot (or two, some time apart) of the driver log?
Cheers, Steve

Re: Driver behaviour
Hi, I took some screenshots but don't know how to upload them. The area involved was Amsterdam, cologne and driver's home base of Gothenberg.Steve Pitts wrote: ↑03 Apr 2023 18:12 The fact that it isn't always the same destination city is very odd. What i did was move the driver to rotterdam on their own. give them some of the ADR fuel/Felbinder tanks(ADR was the one that was lacking). That seems to have rectified the problem as they're now at 8.3 and not having many non deliveries.
just thought i'd mention what's happening.
Cheers,
Rodders.

Re: Driver behaviour
Upload them to Steam and link from there is probably easiest, but it sounds like you're sorted now anyway so the incentive to spend any more time on it is low.
