[Fort Stockton, TX] AI traffic freezing or rotating abruptly at stop sign

At this stop sign, you can visibly see any AI traffic vehicle going through here freeze for at least a split second if it's going straight through the intersection. This happens after it stops for the stop sign.
If it is turning at this intersection, you will also see it rotate unnaturally for at least a split second. It does not look smooth at all.
