Based on the original post, but with information about Portugal:

Addresses and ZIP codes are mostly not used in company trailers. Generally, they feature telephone and fax contacts, or website or/and e-mail. Most often than not, Portuguese trailer companies also feature their city of origin in the information, sometimes in the "City of origin - Portugal" format, but it also can appear as "Parish of origin - Portugal" or "Parish - City of origin - Portugal".

For ZIP Codes, they start in 10XX-XXX and go up to 99XX-XXX. Any fantasy address can be made with XXX2-XXX, since no address in Portugal uses this format. A more detailed list with all municipalities and most parishes of Portugal can be found here.

Every non-emergencial number follows the nine-digit format. Landlines start with 2. Fantasy phone numbers can be made starting with 4 or 5, since that numbers are reserved to future expansion. Freephones use the prefix 800.

As with postal codes, landlines prefixes are determined by area. The following prefixes are used by the cities currently present in the map (replace the starting 2 with 3 or 4 to build a completely fictional number):

Lisbon: From 211 to 219
Porto: From 221 to 229
Coimbra: 239
Ponte de Sôr: 242
Setúbal: 265
Évora and Montemor-o-Novo (municipality to where Cortiçadas belong): 266
Sines: 269
Guarda: 271
Beja: 284
Faro and Olhão: 289

Free prefixes: 200, 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 270, 280, 290, 237, 246, 247, 248, 264, 267, 287, 288, 293, 294, 297, 298, 299

(and still hopeful the city will feature in the game with a garage someday)
