Editor Crash [213028]

#1 Post by zufettzumfliegen » 24 May 2023 20:17

Hey guys from SCS
The many bugs really annoy me.
This shouldn't happen in a full release.
det grass 1 , det grass dry , det grass dry 2 , det grass green sporadic , Put simply, all det grass crashed, the game Crasht my built maps have become unplayable no matter if ETS or ATS.
I'm considering buying the next DLC
I've lost my fun.
I'll post all crash bugs here now.

You have some errors in the editor log which I can't explain to myself, as you don't even try to load a map. Or any other mod.

Whenever I have an editor problem which looks dubious, I rename the "editor" folder in the personal game folder. You will just lose some settings you applied to the editor, previously, nothing serious gets lost. A new folder with the same name will be created. It doesn't help every time, but sometimes it saved me.

This is a freshly opened editor, I always delete the Etitor folder beforehand
It is clearly due to the DET files, everything that is DET material crashes

I just recognized that the editor log doesn't match the session from which the crash log comes. Time doesn't match. So it is unrelated.

And as I mentioned before, that editor log doesn't show the loading of any mod, not even a map mod. So there is nothing to see.

I can confirm this error. Started the editor with arguments "-noworkshop -pure", so please ignore the listed mods. Removed anything in "/home/editor", in advance.

Opened the content browser, then selected type "vegetation", then checked "det grass dry". This provoked a crash.
