They could use those Volvo cargoes also as machinery for scenery.... if the license agreement allows it, of course. Everything has a price that maybe SCS didn't want to pay.

Yes, if the licence agreement allows it. IMO licencing something to be used only as a cargo is pretty much quite pointless - if the cargo DLCs are supposed to be licenced that way, SCS should probably not licence them at all (unless they're really cheap to licence, but if they're not they're ultimately waste of money because how many times you'll haul that equipment in the game? Probably not too much).

I don't have the Volvo Equipment DLC so a question for people who own it - does that cargo at least spawns in the traffic if you own it? Or is it player only thing?
