If they added a few more roads then the detours could work. In California especially as it has so many other routes. Currently though it doesn’t work.

Almost two weeks without a map blog. Nothing about OK, KS, or California. I wonder if there is a reason for this. 🤔

There are 5 days left in this week when you consider Saturday. Oklahoma should definitely be in that every 2 weeks blog if we are getting it for this summer. We still need a gameplay video as well. This week just started though. WB came Saturday so my guess is Oklahoma Switzerland and maybe another California blog. Kansas is still a ways out so we still only need once a month for it.

Yeah I'm sure we will get at least a couple map blogs this week. June is just two days away, so we could be within Oklahoma's release month very soon. If not, then I still think that mid-July is the latest we will see it. More than 11 months on Oklahoma sounds like a lot to me, when the density isn't going to be thaaat crazy unless they've been holding out on us.

#1: US-69/US-75 north of Sherman, TX and south of Colbert, OK
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.8251264 ... ?entry=ttu
#1 is in game already (devcam) except the blog has a vastly better quality Texas side of the river

#2: I-44 north of Wichita Falls, TX (OK side of the river)
https://www.google.com/maps/@34.1093937 ... ?entry=ttu
#2 is also in game though is nearly identical to the blog

#3: US-62 near Childress, TX
https://www.google.com/maps/@34.5642015 ... ?entry=ttu
#3 can be also be found in game, only the blog now has the barn in the background and electrical wires

#7: I-244/US-75, Tulsa, OK
https://www.google.de/maps/@36.1441894, ... ?entry=ttu

#14: US-70 near Hugo Lake and Hugo Dam, Sawyer, OK
https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0085393 ... ?entry=ttu

#16: First Americans Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK

#5 is hard to tell, but my best guess is US-69 over the Arkansas River https://www.google.com/maps/place/35%C2 ... ?entry=ttu

#6 is disappointing and probably the worst screenshot we've seen from Oklahoma, IMO: I-35 southbound in OKC over the Oklahoma River https://www.google.com/maps/@35.4585513 ... ?entry=ttu Way overexaggerated tree cover, unless there is another big boathouse district I'm missing somewhere. If this is a concession for performance reasons then the engine upgrade can't come soon enough. Can't go from the great long-distance city views we got with Texas to hiding the skyline behind tree cover. IRL those trees only cover I-40 and barely at that, here's the view from September: https://www.google.com/maps/@35.4586286 ... ?entry=ttu Hopefully this is a really old WIP screenshot and the final location has a view of downtown.

#8 I'm having a tough time trying to find a match but it should be US-69 over Lake Eufaula.

#9 I think is I-40 over Lake Eufaula https://www.google.com/maps/@35.459739, ... ?entry=ttu

#10/11/12 are the Lake Texoma Bridge on I-70 https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0009335 ... ?entry=ttu

#15 is OK-259A Beavers Bend State Park https://www.google.com/maps/place/34%C2 ... ?entry=ttu

Wow that sixth screenshot is really, really bad. Disappointing since all the other shots are quite good. No reason to hide the city skyline like that.
What good is a world without good detail?

Oh man, that's a straight up disaster for the sixth screenshot. It doesn't even look like a city exists there. We got Houston's and DFW's skylines, but we can't get OKC's? Really hoping that isn't final.
