If the northeast of Texas will get a few deliverable cities with some scenery towns and roads between, I would say: Texas 1.5

Photo Studio issue
My photo studio captures screenshots quite nicely but the problem is that it came out as a really small picture, when I zoom in, it shows in pixels.

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
If I recalled correctly, what they actually mentioned was “Oklahoma was internally considered as Texas 2.0” solely due to the sheer number of road connections to be made and also the parallel mapping timeline of the remaining bunch of roads.
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
The microsite can change at any point in time. Not to mention no gameplay blog or anything else that could popup. The microsite isn't exact accurate. Both Montana and Texas changed up.
That's actually not correct. Texas 2.0 internally is called 2.0 for the extra roads that did not make the Texas dlc due to time running out basically. Texas 2.0 is all Texas, and isn't part of Oklahoma at all. Texas 2.0 is way to much work to add as part of the Oklahoma dlc. To much is in Texas's borders and Texas dlc's owners would be highly upset if they must buy Oklahoma to complete Texas.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.
