ETS2 Crash after Load to city Select.

Hello, So I updated the game to 1.47 Version and it Launched and i selected my profile and after Loading to the City Select for Quick Travel it Crashes all the time. What do i do so solve this. Levels on this games arent easy to up, so i need you help.

I previosly had a speed ticket removal mod if theinformation will help

Damaged install. Run Steam validity check to fix it.
