Hood and from what I see, it's sitting a little higher.
In a world full of swift drivers, I'm an O/O.

So... in the end it's just some cosmetics overhaul of a WS truck we can expect...?

Not really a overhaul @Vinnie Terranova . More like a new name called 49x.

I think the text in the blog post suggests something different from "only" another truck.

Look closer then. ;)
This also seems like a hint that there's more...

Exactly, which makes me not quite understand how a new visual hood will make for an elevated HH experience. Although It did said "uncharted territories", so that may be a hint to the introduction of special missions and tasks outside of the main map, which is something I suggested a couple times before.

Something similar to STDS and it's missions. All it takes is one brand trying to explore some new ground with SCS that soon the rest will follow.

I went and took a screenshot of existing truck in game from roughly the same spot, and aside from some minor differences in perspective, obviously, and the front grill, I don't see anything. I can't say it's something to brace for or buckle up.

Looking forward to the power hood option, makes it look a little more traditional to Western Star. If we could get the 36" trench style low roof sleeper to complete the look at some point, that would be nice.
