Patched to 1.47.3.3s on Steam today and got this. [NOT A BUG]

Attached are the images of the glitches. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am running latest drivers from Nvidia. I am running a GTX 1660 Ti. Never had any issues with this game until latest patch.

Verify game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, go to local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.

maybe you will have to go back to the penultimate drivers of your card
