Excessively high density and strength of lighting in the tunnel and a huge drop in FPS

I see a sharp drop in FPS from about 105 to 58 (~50%) when entering this tunnel at night. This is caused by an excessively high intensity of the glow in the tunnel and a high density of "illumination lamps". You can use the nearest tunnel in the given location as a reference, where there is an optimal ratio of light intensity and performance degradation.

this is because you are passing for the first time and the game is reading the map, pass again to see how the fps will be
