ETS2 1.48 speculation

I don't see them tackling with Turin or Northern Italy at the moment,not when they are working in parallel on WB,Switzerland and German cities rework.

Blog images confirm the road to Aosta from Great St Bernard Pass will be reworked. There's also implicit hints of a road leading out of Geneva to the east, but I'm not quite ready to confirm it yet.

They will probably touch the most necessary parts in France and Italy just to fit in the transition from and to Switzerland. I think it's more likely for West Balkans to come in 1.49 than for Switzerland to come in 1.49, in just three months it will be one year since the first teaser about Switzerland rework.

I mean my guess is that it might be indeed but it's a guess until I see an official word on that.

Where it was confirmed that Switzerland rework is 1.48? There's not a single word about 1.48 in recent blog.

Neither it was for Austria telling with update it will arrive if I remember well, until we saw it on the Open Beta blog post. They just don't say it; but since the moment they shown us every corner of Austria in blog posts we all understood that it was going to come on the next update back in that time.

The same happens with Switzerland, that also is an smaller country than Austria. SCS had showcased so many places all around the country that we can guess they had all the map done but details being tweaked here and there. And 1.48 Open Beta could still take a time to arrive. So, with that time frame in mind; unless some big problem arises, the odds are high it will be included in the next update.
