I think Harsha have updated the mod, probably def files names has changed, I check.

I checked, the mod works, I re-downloaded the Harsha mod to check the mod version, it must be:
package_version: "2.0"
Check the order mods, the skin must be on top of the Harsha's mod!

GERMANY EDITION!

Just with the celebratory colors of the German flag!

Skin is metallic change colors!
