lol, graphics are not always a strong point of FS (I think I can manage to make it look decent), but the functionality makes it hard to notice.

A game like ATS with functionality would be a far better alternative, but right now we can only dream.

Yeah, it is (screenshots from a mobile phone for the record).
Without ReLight, graphics are not the greatest. With it and Proshot (and at certain times of day/weather), it's much better, dare I say almost as good as ATS (with a good map).

This is the full tower assembly fyi:

And this is one of the things that frustrates me so much as a gamer. I have to choose being graphics and functionality, between map size and functionality, between good roads/good physics and functionality.

I want to have my cake and eat it, too.

This explains things.

McDonald's is pretty bad, but I have literally never gone to Burger King and not regretted it. "Oh, maybe it was just that location." "Oh, that deal sounds good." "Oh, this one is conveniently located next to my workplace, I should try it." It always ends up being barely edible plastic meat with sad damp fries and a broken drink machine, even on a different side of the country. At least Macca's has the decency to let me enjoy my meal for a bit before it makes me feel sick 10-20 minutes later.

All those images of people at Burger King smiling and enjoying themselves are much closer to false advertisement than anything SCS does tbh.

There is only one rule to life:

Burger King over McDonald's
Pepsi over Coke
Doritos over Any other type of chip
CS over Valorant
Pizza (Specially firewood oven Pizza) over burgers

Not gonna happen, unlike Krone or Feldbinder (Germany is base game map) Wielton is located on Going East territory, if that map area was DLC it would appear in the middle of nowhere for the people who don't have that DLC or disabled it.
flight50 wrote: 07 Jun 2023 14:57 I am not surprised on WB. I always considered it a Summer dlc. With no HoR last year, it's critical imho to get ETS2 a map. Another ATS map only and this forum gets turned upside down.

I just thought WB would come before Oklahoma.
Nah, WB release probably will be late 2023 at best. I think it was announced way earlier than it was supposed to due to the whole HoR situation and SCS needed to post some ETS2 content.
linp6 wrote: 08 Jun 2023 14:21 Will MAN Truck & Bus Factory in Munich available in future updates?
Don't know if it will be but it should be. There is already MAN factory in reworked Nurnberg but unfortunately it is inaccessible and branded as "FCP".
Another truck factory they should add is Worth Mercedes plant, but first that would require a proper Rhineland rework. Also let's not forget about the still unfinished Renault factory.
JaDaKa wrote: 08 Jun 2023 15:51 "Uncharted territories" is a bit promising, if there is nothing new like more secret roads or some kind of new routes then it might have been a bit unnecessary.
I'd like to be wrong but I feel this is probably just another mumbo-jumbo flavor text

How is that any different from the Scania and Volvo factory being in the Scandinavian DLC, or the Kenworth Factory being in the Washington DLC, or the Western Star factory in the Oregon DLC, or the eventual Peterbilt factory in Texas DLC, etc etc.
