Iveco Hi-Way engine sound bug

When accelerating medium to hard, at about 1100 RPM there's a sudden jump in volume of the engine sound. The sound samples seemed to be played at different volumes.

Always reproducible
Win10 64

This issue seems to have gone unnoticed, but it's still in the game and it's rather obvious.
