ETS 1 OpenGL Problem

Hi! I wanted to play ETS 1 and ran into graphical problems when choosing OpenGL. If you select DirectX, everything will be fine, but global mods like "Post USSR" and "MegaMix" do not work.
Tested on versions 1.0 and 1.3 (Steam). OS:Windows 11, GPU:RX 570 4GB the latest version of the driver.

OpenGL was the default graphics option for ETS 1. So that should work better then DX something. Or was that true only for NVIDIA? It is more than a decade that I played the game.

Just tried my old installation (with OpenGL). It is the old boxed version from disc, patched to 1.3, not Steam. Win 10. Looks fine.

If you post your game log from such a broken game session ("eurotrucks.log" in Documents), I could compare it to mine. But I don't expect to see much.

Nothing obvious to see, no error. There are some differences to my log, but mostly about different hardware.

Your log shows a "g_view_dist "1.0", which my game doesn't even know, but that looks harmless. Then your log has an r_mode "1920x1080x32x75", while mine ends with a zero. But if I change it to "75", nothing bad happens.

No further idea, sorry.

I have found a solution to the problem! I have removed the latest version of the driver and installed the old version.
I have installed this version: amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-preview-may2022
