For those trying the ATS 1.50 Experimental Beta, has anyone managed to import anything into Blender (3.6) with the ConverterPIXWrapper tool? Mine can't even recognize anything inside the base.scs, i already updated the Conversion Tools to 2.17 and still doesn't work, what am i doing wrong? (and yes, i know i could just extract the base.scs but i don't have time for that right now).

We already have updated SCS tools

SCS WIKI

Update the files that Blender requires to import, here you can download the files.

GOOGLE DRIVE

It really doesn't help in any way.

I had to extract the base and compress it in zip so that it could be read in blender but it still does not import correctly.

It is technically possible to import new models into Blender (3.6 and up). But if you want to use existing converter PIX wrapper, you will need to extract the files first, using the NEW scs_extractor, or the Game Archive Packer and then re-pack them into a .zip archive. Even then, while models will import into blender correctly, as of now, the textures and materials will not. (you can re-apply old 1.49 materials - they will work just fine, everything is mapped, etc.. just not sure if it's worth the effort right now)

I tried that 2 days ago and converterpixwrapper wasn't able to even open it

For whatever reason, it seems that you have to have the base.scs set as an "extra archive" to import things properly.

As I said, you need to extract it and then repack it, into a new .zip file, if you want to use the wrapper. (although, once you have it extracted, you might as well use the regular PIX converter instead) Not the most subtle approach, but if someone can't live without snooping through models (mostly broken anyway, due to texture/material incompatibility) it's good enough of a workaround.

@Wolfi It didn't work in ets2 with the base of the game. The program still does not see the contents of the archive. Or I did something wrong?
