I see the repetitiveness in the rocks in your last picture, but I don't see a problem with the trees your other pictures. It looks perfectly natural and believable to me.

What's the difference? They weren't rotating objects then, they aren't now. I could give you some examples from WB if you like but Bayonne was closer.
BTW, that road was added in anticipation for Iberia so it's not quite 2016.

I do agree there are places where identically placed identical objects are repeating in driver's view. Too many.
I also do find them too repetitive.

I'm not hiding... with the new DLCs, highways become less boring... there are some objects around them... and you can feel that you are driving through Germany or France

@Aziz's picture shows Bayonne. That part was added at the same time as Iberia.

Now that is a much better example. That is clearly repetitive and unnatural looking.

However, that still doesn't explain what was repetitive looking about the trees in today's blogpost that you shared pictures of.
