It would be very nice to add new AI vehicles typical of Polish traffic, including:

-Volkswagen Passat B5

-BMW E46
bmw-serii-3-e46-autobaza-1024x637.jpg
-Volkswagen T4
i-vw-t4-transporter-1-9-stan-idealny-fv.jpg
-Mercedes W211
IMG_1067.jpg
I tried to choose some of the most typical and common models that will be normal in both Eastern and Western Europe, but there are also a few cars that may be special for Eastern Europe, and the frequency of appearance would be rare, something like a Mazda with neons

-Fiat Seicento
z29524337Q,Fiat-Seicento-1-1.jpg
I was caught by some limitation in the number of photos in the attachment, but here it was supposed to be a "VW Golf 2"

These models can spawn all over Europe, but they will add authenticity and atmosphere to Polish roads
If not me, beta ETS and ATS would be not checked for "potato" computers

I will start discusion about Kielce

Kielce is a city with a population of close to 200,000, and it would perfectly fill the void between Warsaw, Łódź, Lublin, and Kraków

it have big industrial area here: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.8986327 ... &entry=ttu
in the west of that industrial area is Raben logistic center: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.8955375 ... &entry=ttu
here i found cement plant: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.8064462 ... &entry=ttu
going to south it is limestone mine: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.7414819 ... &entry=ttu
going back to main area of Kielce here is a Społem factory: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.873184, ... &entry=ttu Społem is big Polish food industrialist i can easy say that (probably) every Pole eat something that Społem made, most popular is "Przysmak Świętokrzyski"

about roads:
the main road here is S7 going from North (Warsaw/Radom) to South (Kraków): https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Jędrzej ... &entry=ttu
the main road of Urban area is 74 national road and in east S74 and that road is not only in Kielce but in all of its entire lenght should be added if Kielce would be added: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Kraśnik ... &entry=ttu
and about all local Kielce roads it can look like this: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/50.9066 ... &entry=ttu

and i want to say something about Koszalin and S11 from it to Piła, in Koszalin there is two bigger bussines
one is Espersen that is doing things with fish: https://www.google.com/maps/@54.1916492 ... &entry=ttu
and second is Przedsiębiorstwo Zbożowo - Młynarskie "PZZ" w Stoisławiu S.A. that is just Agro like its a lot in game: https://www.google.com/maps/@54.2109849 ... &entry=ttu

the main roads there is of course S6 in north and S11 that starts there and go to Piła and it be all of it that can be put there, and its small problem because S6 in east of Koszalin isnt done yet and if it isnt done before potential rework it gonna be look like this: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/54.2301 ... &entry=ttu

and there is something i want to say about traffic:
there wold be nice if some new cars would apear with rework and i do a little list
-Polski Fiat/FSO 125p (look similar to lada from btbs)
-FSO Polonez especialy that one that is produced from 1991 to 1997 and that cars was named "Caro"
-Daewoo Lanos its still popular old car here (or in region i live)
-FSC Lublin just small old transport car, nothing special but very popular
sorry for mistakes in english :D

Sadly, I would think that there wouldn't be enough space for Kielce (perhaps just to be a scenery town, nothing more).

And about S6 - all the remaining segments are already planned, and some are under construction (I know that from my own local knowledge, lol).

There is a lot of space for Kielce around, there no cities here i mean, you have Kraków to south, Warszawa to north because Radom didnt have important bussines except Łucznik whith is military production so not includes and Zbyszko that produces drinks, so for me there is no need to include Radom, to east you have Lublin, and to west you have Łódź. that cities is far away from each other so we have a void and Kielce will perfectly fill that void, just look at ETS2 map.

about Koszalin, i ktow that this road is constructed but you probably know that this path has not been left
completed on time and its construction is now taking a long time, just like the Łomża bypass, and i think there is some time left to do it, im not from that region so i speculate on that what i heard. (edit: i talked here about road from Koszalin to Sianów)

btw. im from Radom suburbs and i think Radom is not needed.

nice map. so now lets start about Warszawa, i didnt know too much about whats in here.

but lets start:
there is two airports
Lotnisko Chopina https://www.google.com/maps/@52.16394,2 ... &entry=ttu and
Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin https://www.google.com/maps/@52.4487473 ... &entry=ttu
next we have Orlen Rafinery https://www.google.com/maps/@52.5849126 ... &entry=ttu , yes its localized in Płock but i will say that Płock is too small for seperate city but as a part of Warszawa it can fit nicely
there is a lot of industrial areas in east and north https://www.google.com/maps/@52.2688016 ... &entry=ttu , https://www.google.com/maps/@52.3084491 ... &entry=ttu
ikea near S8 https://www.google.com/maps/@52.305465, ... &entry=ttu
in sierpc there is OSM Sierpc https://www.google.com/maps/@52.859963, ... &entry=ttu

about roads:
of course S8 and S2 https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.1986 ... &entry=ttu , https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.1986 ... &entry=ttu
in future there will be S17 in east of Warszawa cennecting S2 with S8
road to Orlen refinery can be do with 10 national road that is in game and S7 https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.2866 ... &entry=ttu
and with 60 https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.5766 ... &entry=ttu
in main Warszawa we have two long roads that in 100% not colide with weight limit
first is 2 national road here https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.1417 ... &entry=ttu
second is 637 and 801 roads https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.2879 ... &entry=ttu that roads will connect industrial area on east and make nice ride thru Warszawa and Vistula river

so with all of that i say here we have something like this https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid= ... 662027&z=9

Does anyone know if there are any more larger companies in Warsaw?

It's a pity that SCS won't implement it so quickly

Aziz wrote: 20 Apr 2024 22:42 Oh no, don't give me that "won't fit" BS.
I'm pessimist, and after seeing what SCS have done to Switzerland, my worries are valid
Aziz wrote: 20 Apr 2024 22:42 There's plenty of space for everything that's missing. The largest cities in the game fit within a single map sector, fitting Kielce is a piece of cake. Hell, Radom could go in as well.
I wish that you're right, especially when many would also see Koszalin, Piła, Kielce, Rzeszów, Bydgosz + Toruń, along with Gorzów Wielkopolski (or just Gorzów from 2025 if the change will pass) and Zielona Góra, Opole, Augustów or Suwałki (too close, but probably it could be done via bigger city "absorbing" the smaller, originally intended for Bygoszcz and Toruń; same would be with Płock, albeit ProMods managed to squeeze it in). Also, I would add Zamość to the list. Would connect nicely with Kielce.

And maybe Sanok (chemical and petrochemical industries, incl. the oldest oil mine in the world there) as well.

We did some discussion about implementing those:
viewtopic.php?p=1831882#p1831882

Sierpc could be implemented as well, as a one-depot town (like Lacq in the France).

Majority of the roads would be OK to be implemented, but...

DW 801 would be redundant over S17 road, heading pretty much in the same direction, but as a "passthrough", with DW 637, would be fine. But, if you also add DW 628 (ex DK 92) up to the junctions R18 on S17 (Warszawa-Wschód) and 34 on A2 (Halinów), you would get the actual eastern exit from the city.
https://pl.mapy.cz/zakladni?planovani-t ... 56986&z=12

And about Płock, I was thinking more about DK 62 to go along Vistula River to the Płock, and then to the Włocławek and A1 junction number 15 (Włocławek-Zachód):

Your map is locked, lol.

Pretty much, it's quite hard to find anything inside the city, since I just know only few central districts personally, but outside should be some warehouses, especially western side. Also, directly south on DK 7, there is Wólka Kosowska, which is known for its warehouses and high volume of import of clothing (mostly) from China.

This is a research thread. Items to posted here are real world facts, not speculation.
Several posts have been moved to general discussion, which is where speculation belongs.
