Steering Wheel Doesnt Work

I just got a HORI steering wheel for xbox and in the game it wont set it up. After tinkering with controlls and almost losing all my control setup for controller I gave up and reverted everything. ATS doesnt detect a steering wheel or differentiate between it and a controller

As per the steam forum, that looks to be a bad wheel for PC as it has a long list of games it does not work with.
