[flat_ui] Breadcrumb navbar not working when viewing screenshot [243563] [FIXED]

The breadcrumb navbar is not able to be used when viewing a screenshot in the Gallery. I have the cursor on the home button in the image and the button is not interactive.

If it was working, it would appear like this on a mouseover state:

2. Navigate to Media > Gallery
3. Choose a screenshot to view
