18 WoS Extreme Trucker 2 doesn't run

I just bought the game and it run for a second, just to see the icon on the taskbar, but then it closes.
All of the other 18 Wheels of Steels (haulin, american long haul, extreme trucker) work fine.

OS: Windows11 (i ran it with w7 compatibility and it didn't work too)
DirectX: 12 (but i installed old things and didn't work)
i installed redist 2013, 2010 and didn't work too
i ran it as admin and it didn't work...

i hadn't a config.cfg, and i created one, but it is empty

i fixed it by copy a config.cfg
