Yes, the Switzerland Event was quite boring. Long distances for me and not so many cities (just 3). Funny thing, because the ETS2 events always finish first compared to the ATS ones.

Your personal goal are 10 deliveries: 3 cities, 9 different entrances among them = you have only to repeat 1 approximation route if you want (I mean, if you take it with all the calm of the world and wait to find the jobs that fit your preferences)

Whatever is doing other people isn't going to bore you due repetition. It's not your repetition.

Weak points of the event are others not this.

There's a reason or two, however, why this barely made the deadline. Repetitiveness is among them.

@actros aaron Each trip needs to be to/from a different country to count.

I think people are just tired of the monotony. Switzerland is also what we got before. West Balkans. and before. that Austria.
the last 4 years no variety in ETS2.
Even in ATS for 1 year they try and avoid this. From the Great Plains, SCS decided not to continue making South and North Dakota. and went to Arkansas and Missouri.

Next in ETS2 Greece and Nordic Horizons. the same Switzerland and West Balkans. there is no diversity and diversification again. That's why I think even these DLCs are so low on the wish list now among all the thousands of games that are being prepared for release in Steam. variety always has more potential and sales. (although of course and 129th place, for example, is not so bad at all, out of thousands and thousands of games that are in development now and will be released in the near future). although, if SCS alternated variety in ETS2 as before, their DLC places could certainly be higher on the global wish list today.

last 4 years no variety in ETS2? Don't know, Iberia is a completely different world compared to everything we had before and since then. Both Austria and Switzerland have a different feel compared to West Balkans, the thing in common is the mountainous terrain above all. Also Greece and Nordic Horizon, lol come on by european standards the differences between these two regions could hardly be greater in so many respects...

@Ahmad Mohammed I don't think Europe even gets more diverse than Greece vs. Scandinavia.

That's for sure a far reach, Iberia, Greece and northern Scandinavia are very different compared to the rest of Europe.
