Can't save

I recently bought all the 18 WoS on steam but there's two of them that I have a problem with. Across America and Pedal to the Metal. I can't save. when I try, it doesn't create a save file. There no save present in the loading files. I don't have this problem with the other games. I also tried buying them on GOG, but it changed nothing. I am launching the game with the compatibility mode. I've seen a couple of people having the same problem but no one to answer.

Try running them with administrator privileges.
