@scania500_v8 @unknownz Well... I’ve known him for years here at the forum and can vouch for his honesty... let me say:

I come to the defense of our friend @MatzMan.
When I started this ranking thing here on the forum, MatzMan's old profile was very much in the spotlight, as he clearly had many more kilometers than the 2nd place.
When donfede automated the ranking, it became even easier to identify that MatzMan was using the ferry cheat.
A couple of friends and I then decided to try to contact MatzMan and inform him that although he was first in the ranking, his average mileage didn't match reality... Impossible to obtain by driving on land, but clearly possible with the ferry cheat. As he said, the guy who takes the ferry has a very high KM x H average. If you take the most powerful truck, the lightest and longest WoTr job on a route that wastes as little time as possible with toll gates and stations, you can do 1000km in 40 minutes in real life, and follow this logic, 1500km in one hour real life. There are people to this day who have an absurd KM x H average, which is only possible because of the ferry cheat. In website for example, has an players of ETS2 with the average of 2235km at every hour in real life. That is, within the gaming simulation (or no, with no respect for any rule, just drive like a crazy) of 90km/h, impossible! This guy that I'm talking, actually ABUSES the ferry cheat. When MatzMan realized this abuse, he asked World of Trucks support to reset his data. And for that he has all our respect today. He said several times that he would get back to the top, and he really did.

@Reis_6 I'm not saying he's ''cheating'' anymore. But I know from my own experience that if I have roads/businesses/or other things to explore, you can do this while you are doing a job and then time goes by more and more. There was nothing offensive against Matzman himself. I also like to drive long trips and have done so for many years on tb and tmp when the opportunity arose. Again, nothing offensive against him and I can agree that many cheat with ferry, modded fuel tanks or other things.

Best regards

Sorry, addendum: Since i've already received personal messages about this (some people really do seem to be obsessed or something similar), I'll explain again. I just mentioned that there are people who aren't able to spend hours "driving" due to physical or mental limitations! Thanks a lot.

Is that reason enough to cheat km with ferry?
You also have an AVG of 1546 km per hour.............

If you want to see it that way, yes! But I don't owe you any explanation as to how I want to play the game! But that's exactly the point (similar to the editor pics) with the theme "higher, faster, further"! Some people always seem to want to be the best. Never ending? Personally, I'm proud of people who create something productive (modders, beta testers, etc.) for the game and maybe even share it. To be honest, anyone can "drive"...

And teleporting to Vyborg over and over again is not cheating, ok. :D Then I don't understand the point of a so-called "simulation". :D
