Hopefully they refresh southern Finland too because there are some really annoying inaccuracies.

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
From the recent Project Scandinavia Refresh blog:
"The ambition is not a total rework, but we aim for an extensive touch up, a “reskin” of the region with updated textures and technology."
That's nice. I for one always hated change -but as I'm seeing now, 'sprucing up the game' is not a bad thing -it's a good way for the new up-and-coming developers to learn from the experienced in-house professionals. And in this case change is good.
What I find disappointing is that there's no mention of new highways or roads being added -only fuel stations being added along where what I assume are current roads or highways.
If whole buildings can be ripped out and replaced, then why can't new roads and highways be added? If a road or highway shows up (and is "drivable" via street veiw) in Google Maps, then why aren't those roads in the sim?
It's understood that all roads can't be included, but the developers could certainly take creative license and add roads where they would see fit.
One might say that 'many of those are one lane highways'. A good point. But aren't we see lots of those narrow roads and highways in the Road To The Black Sea already? We're now also seeing lots of narrow roads and highways in Greece, too.
The glaring lack of roads in Denmark, Norway and Sweden is very obvious. New buildings aren't needed in those three countries IMO. New roads are, though.

The first job is to 'drain the swamp'...although that's kind of hard to do when you're up to your rear end in alligators..

@b_l_e_1 I believe the following situation: it is interesting to have a reskin, as mentioned in the blog itself if I'm not mistaken, which is for the Scandinavia DLC to get on the quality standards of the Nordic Horizon DLC.
It would be very strange to have the Scandinavia DLC with the old standard of quality, then cross it over to Nordic Horizon and find ourselves in completely new lands.
But it is somewhat 'frustrating' that we don't have the tighter roads in Scandinavia that we have today in the WB and Greece DLC.
One of the things I've always missed since its arrival was that, the tight roads that Scandinavia's geography provides. I spent many years of my life having Scandinavia in the Top 1 DLC's and when I watched the videos of real truck drivers in Scandinavia (Kristo Boginski is one of them) I was a little disappointed to see what it's like in real life and compare it to the game.
Even so, I hope the reskin is promising, who knows, maybe SCS could change its mind and add new things to the old Scandinavia. I'm looking forward to seeing the 'atlantic road' in the NH DLC.

Denmarks representation is a little bland even disappointing
Promods version is better speaking of the infrastructure in general
