Upload it somewhere (google drive/mediafire etc.) and send link to me here, or on PM.

Ok. I think, I know why it's not working.
After I imported model I saw, that your one only part in model is not activated in your variant, and because of that, game try to load "empty" variant.
In "Variant-Part Table" select your part and it should work.

PS. And don't forget about correct wheels locators direction ;)

It should work . . . AND IT DID! There is that old saying that you don't know what you don't know. This is my eighth AI mod that I have created in Blender and I have somehow gotten away with never even looking at that Variant Part Table. But now I know! Thank you Michaleczeq for taking the time to help me work through the problem.
Peace

And one more thing.
When I'm tested that truck in game, I saw some errors (Unable to map attribute "factor"). Unfortunately it can't be fully fixed because blender tools not support one attribute unique for "retroreflective" shader. To be specific, unique for "piko.alldir" flavor in that shader. You can fix it "temporarily" by unchecking that flavor. Without it, it also should works (not as it should be), but without errors and with visible mesh of that reflective part.

The best way to mimic what the "piko.alldir" flavor did for the retroreflective shader is to do the following:
- Duplicate the geometry that the "retroreflective" shader is applied to and move it 0.005 meters in front of the geometry you copied from
- On the duplicated geometry, change the shader to "reflective"
- On the original geometry, change it to a non-reflective shader.
This will allow the reflective surfaces to be picked up in the player's headlights from all angles like the original model did.
The "retroreflective" shader only really works well head on, which is why it works well for flat objects like road signs.

Yes, Michaleczeq, I was getting those errors (many hundreds of them!).Thank you for the work-around, KrysEmlyn. There was also an issue with a shadow locator but here it is in the game with no errors!
