Does anyone know if it's possible to just buy the shifter?

Hey there,

So I have an issue with the Hori Truck Control System. I noticed the wheel automatically centers with a very strong force which makes it way less fun to play, even when standing completely still the wheel returns back which is very annoying. I have the newest drivers installed with the software. So whenever I put the ingame FFB-settings on the stiffness of the steering wheel completely gets removed. The FFB-settings do work but I am just able to turn the wheel with my pinkie. I want to turn the FFB settings in ETS2 on so I can remove the auto-centering however having no stiffness is even worse to play with. Is there any way I can keep the stiffness or change the stiffness as well as remove the auto-centering?

PS: I have contacted Hori but they just don't seem to have the proper fix

You can set the ffb strength in Hori Control Manager. On Linux you can't do this currently. Only in a Windows VM.

Hi all! Does anybody have this issue? I got my hori yesterday and and i plugged it in to my computer. Everything was working fine. After I took a break and exited ETS2, and unplugged the wheel, I came back to play again and my wheel stopped working. My wheel axis just completely stopped working but all of the buttons and joysticks are working just fine. I unistalled the hori app and drivers and the problem continued. Hopefully somone has a solution to this.

Yes, it was exactly the same thing for me, first time it worked and then when I unpugged it and plugged it back, it wasn't working anymore. Turns out it's a faulty unit, but somehow it works the first time, so the solution is either just returning it or if you want a working wheel, then email Hori about it at info@horiuk.com (if you're in Europe) , it's what I did and they can exchange it for a working one, the whole process took me about 1.5 or 2 weeks.

Has anyone found a solution (other than returning the wheel) for left stick (left or right) is send as Wheel Axis (should be L-X Axis). Turning wheel is not send to driver at all.

I tried uninstalling and installing driver with different plug options. I did not work.

I contacted hori and if a reply comes I will update but it would be better to solve it quickly.

Hi all
I have a problem with the shifter.
Its working in Device Manager and i can see it in the Input Wizard in the game but when i try to drive and change the gears it stays in neutral.
Anyone got the same issue?

hello. I bought HTCS a week ago, I installed the drivers and the program according to the instructions, the game plays great! but.... after a week of playing I noticed that ffb is set to very strong, I can't change it either in the game or through Hori manager... I also don't have vibrations during the game, and before it worked normally. I've tried everything. I've reinstalled the drivers a few times, Hori manager too, I've removed the device through the control panel... I'm out of energy, does such an expensive steering wheel really break down so often?! mine is only 3 months old and can play for 30 hours! is there any solution to the problem, or is it just a warranty replacement?
