Is WoT being updated?

Hi, i joined ETS2/ATS community 3 years ago, since then WoT platform hasn't changed at all and i can see it's still in Alpha. However as we can read here: https://www.scssoft.com/projects/world-of-trucks

World of Trucks is constantly expanding in order to add new and exciting features that will enhance the cooperative aspect of our games.

, so here's the question: Will WoT be expanded in the nearest future? When will it come out of Alpha phase? What is this platform made for? Only for photos/same events/deliveries based on real time and not in-game time?

WoTr is mainly used for release-, charity events and others like Haloween or Christmas
Other than this nuch is going on atm, and no news flash during the Christmas stream

In the last ten years, there have been no "constantly expanding" or "add new and exciting features" in my opinion!
Or can anybody name some?
The last new feature they added, as far as i know, have been the checkboxes for Cruising XY Events, where you can see which city you already visited
