I wonder about parts of France and Italy in base game. When they are gona start reworking them will they also do some reskin+rework of parts of these countries in dlcs? Or it will be done separately and with complete rework not hybrid one like in Scandinavia refresh?

Milan has been completely reworked, Turin and Venice have received Italy DLC launch makeovers.

I know that they had some reworks. But for todays standard is bad. The rework is needed.

Yes but as they have been previously reworked, they will be low on the list. (And no new DLC near them to trigger an earlier update.)

Do we count reworks of neighbouring places? Lille and Metz are tragic still, unlike eg. Lyon, and they're very close to BeLux.

Recently (April 18) I to cross 2 million kilometers (total distance traveled) in ETS2, I must say that 1 million km, I to cross on notebook, 2 million on PC, and I hope to cross 3 million on console and that by that time ATS and ETS2 will be available on consoles
