Node problem Blender

Hello everyone. I have a curious problem... all the changes are made without any problems, but the wheel or license plate nodes... if I change their position, it has no effect. However, in the trailer mod, it works. No changes are made to the SCS contents of the nodes. No changes are applied. Should I create a BASE folder for Blender that contains Base_Shared and Base_Vehicle? Sorry for my poor English.
