So I took some time today and tried this mod. It's pretty nice, in my opinion, with more reflection during heavy rain. I wish the reflection could adapt more depending on rain intensity, but I doubt it is possible at the moment. Overall, it's a great mod.

I suggest using my gfx mod if you want the reflection could adapt more depending on rain intensity... that's not a feature yet, but if you give me time I will implement it. That feature is hard to implement to this mod itself, as this does not affect "weather".
