Interstate 80 begins in San Francisco

The issue being that the caption reads "Interstate 90," which is incorrect. (I-90 starts in Seattle.)

should this be reported again cause it's still wrong in ver 1.55. Doesn't seem to be too difficult of a fix just need to change 90 to 80.
