Mississippi updated their default license plate as of January 2024. Some people with license plates expiring in December 2023 got them early.

No clue how to resize it, but this is the current one.

Also worth noting Mississippi changes their license plate once every 4 years, so it may be difficult to keep this up to date.

Also of note, Mississippi has changed back to an ABC 123 format (as shown in the updated image quoted). What I haven't seen mentioned throughout this thread is that Mississippi's plates are county encoded in the actual plate number as well, not just as a footer line on the plate. The first two letters are coded for each county (and the second letter rolls over when possible combinations run out). For example, a plate from DeSoto County could be DAZ 999 and the next plate issued would roll over to DBA 001. Counties receive a range, such as the current DA-DC for DeSoto County.

Hawaii got a new license plate this year (kinda-sorta). It's the same as the old 1991-series one, except the state name is spelled in Hawaiian instead of English (which just entails adding an apostrophe between the two letter Is).

Pennsylvania also got a new license plate last month (completely new design, replaces the previous design introduced in 2004):

Tennessee got new plates in 2022. There are 2 versions one with "In God We Trust" and one without. The one with it has 3 numbers and 4 letters and the one without has 3 letters and 4 nuimbers

All plates made after December 2023 had tnvacation.com removed. On the version with "In God We Trust" it was moved to right above the box with the county

Is this still being considered by the community or SCS? I was just about to comment on the Wyoming license plate update and I see there's been no activity since late 2025.
