Use automatic gears?
Only controller or steering wheel / pedals?

With keyboard / mouse I'd look for a mouse with a gazillion of buttons
But it is a challenge
I had a broken right collar bone once which needed an operation, it was managable but far from fun

I am using the mouse for steering, looking around and to control the cruise control and engine break / retarder

Only if you're a weakling. 😝

I reserve the right to be 100% wrong.
The angels cried and crooned, they offered me their vision of ghosts in every wall
I declined and held the line and watched the angels fall.
