Request to complete and maintain the Swedish translation of ETS2

Hello,

I would like to offer my help in completing and maintaining the Swedish translation of Euro Truck Simulator 2. Currently, several parts of the game are either untranslated, inconsistent, or could be improved for clarity and accuracy in Swedish. I believe a more polished translation would greatly enhance the experience for Swedish-speaking players.

I have attached several examples of missing or incorrect translations to illustrate the current state of the Swedish localization. These show cases where text is still in English, or where the translation can be significantly improved to sound more natural.

I have been a long-time fan and supporter of SCS Software, ever since the early days with Bus Driver and Scania Truck Driving Simulator. Because of this history, I feel especially motivated to contribute to improving Euro Truck Simulator 2 for the Swedish community.

I am fluent in Swedish and would be happy to not only complete the existing translation but also maintain it for future updates, ensuring consistency and quality over time.

Could I please be granted access to edit and finalize the Swedish translation? I am committed to keeping it updated whenever new patches or expansions are released.

Is it still on Crowdin it is being translated on?
And how do I apply to get invited to your project there?

Only 33% of Swedish has been translated I see, which is why you see so much in English.
I am sure they can use you for translating and Yes, it is still Crowdin we are using.
