Well this was a nice surprise! I wasn't expecting the UK rework until perhaps when Ireland would be announced...

Though now that I'm thinking about it...Maybe Ireland's the next DLC to be announced after Nordic Horizons? With this all but confirming a UK rework, it would make the most sense.

After NH ? you mean Iceland right ?

A different team is working on Iceland!

NH is close to release. So that team has to move somewhere.

Dang, it feels diffrent now, we are speaking about UK (additionaly i have just changed my OS to Linux (Ubuntu) so it add a bit to it xD)

That makes sense.

For some reason, I think the UK rework is in it's early stages, but another part of me thinks this might be in a way more advanced state.

We'll know come the announcement, which probably isn't too far from now.
