UK Rework

This is a teaser for American Truck Simulator disguised as one for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

We're getting Massachusetts (without anything between) so we can finally dump chests of tea into the ocean in protest. I have been looking forward to this feature for longer than Earth has existed!

In the case of the UK rework I only have three requests, to add the city of Portsmouth, the Queen Elizabeth Bridge which is located on the London circle (on the opposite side of the highway there is a tunnel under water exactly where the Queen Elizabeth Bridge is https://maps.app.goo.gl/7rz9EfkmpEn5y96F6?g_st=ac) and to add roads and cities in Wales and Scotland

I hope we get Northern Ireland this time.

I would not expect NI to be part of the UK rework, but rather an Island of Ireland DLC, possibly being a larger Celtic DLC including the rest of Scotland and Wales (and Cornwall?) that wasn't in the base map.

I assume the introduction blog for the UK rework will explain both the scale and the scope.

I'm very pleasantly surprised to have gotten the teaser for this project so early. Guess they must have a larger rework team(s) than we thought.

So, I guess this rework will take 2-3 years, and bigger cities will be rebuilt in future updates, and smaller ones will probably be reskinned.

I do hope we get the rest of Scotland and Wales with this rework. I am fine with the Ireland DLC just being the island of Ireland.

If we do get 1/19 scale, I hope they put in all the stops to remake everything and make it feel truly dense and high quality. I feel like my boy Germany got done a little dirty with its phasing (although it's way way better than what it was). If the UK is perfect, I can literally put over 100 hours in just the UK
