One inconsistency I've noticed, it lists when Scandinavia was put on Steam as Aug. 11, 2017 – given its 2015 release, this is isn't quite right.
According to SteamDB, it was first added to Steam on May 22, 2014 ("First seen on SteamDB").

Also, sorry I didn't include this in my initial message, but just now I also noticed a missing space in "Vive la France!" just below.
This DLC is listed as "Vive la France !" on Steam, with a space in front of the exclamation point, see below:

I think for now I’m going to leave it as is.

I found the seemingly random space odd as well, but I always thought there must be some other explanation...
Like, typos might occasionally slip into blogposts, but I didn't think they'd let a typo slip into the title of a DLC (and banner image).

After some looking online, I've found that it apparently first originated with typewriters in France, putting a 'non-breaking space' before punctuation marks for a better text flow.
One article remarks that it may have originated with question marks, as that takes up more space than other punctuation marks, and then with time it just got adapted to the others as as well that have more than one part to them (?, !, :, ;, %, quotation marks, etc.). Speaking of, another difference the article talks about is how the French use « these » as quotation marks instead of "these" (again, with spaces).

(Most of that is apparently only true for European French, not Canadian French.)

So it does seem to be intentional in this case.
