They will probably ignore it, as usual.
Maybe we get a nice blog though, we're too far from 1.57 to expect any releases.

I was going to say the same thing about turning 10. There was nothing special to celebrate that milestone, so turning 13... lol, I don't believe it at all. Maybe when I turn 20 :D

The former two I can see coming before/for Christmas, but Benelux? I'm way less sure on that.
Sounds a little like Benelux reworked at beta (1.57?) over Christmas Holidays and NH + rework very soon , at least to me

Friends, with update 1.50 for both SCS Software's American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2, normal maps were introduced for particulates/particles on the normal map, but an important shortcoming is still the 2D appearance of the skybox. I think it would look better if a normal map was added to the 2D skybox, and then everything in the game would be complete.

Normal map isn't going to make a difference if there's no light shining on the surface. First please learn what a normal map can do.

The game's objects are beautiful in the updated areas, but there's one problem: the connection between objects is a complete bug in this simulator, and it hasn't been fixed from update to update.

If Nordic Horizons releases this year I do think it's pretty much guaranteed that the Scandinavia Refresh is gonna release either with it or just before it,
so the existing DLC is able to connect properly with the new one. However, I don't believe the BeNeLux rework'll also see a release this year.

Prove me wrong by all means, but my personal guess is that it'll release either Q1 or Q2 2026.

Aziz They add the moon to the night skybox in both games, giving the moon a normal map (or detailed texture map), and they set up the sun's light to affect the 2D clouds. I believe all of this is achieved through coding.

That's not normal map. Read what normal map is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_mapping

Nah you just have to believe it can be done through coding.
If you believe strong enough, anything is possible.
