[ external image ] ETS2 new cargo list?

Why do something poorly if you can do it well with the same effort?

I agree, for me it would be great if ETS2 expanded to include more cargo along with dynamic loading/unloading, it could be great. And for me it would be more diverse.

For me, it would be great if, for example, hot asphalt appeared in the game for the cistern. ADR: 99 | 3257

  • Parts of stationary cranes (those that are used on construction sites). Loaded on flatbeds and low loaders. Could be like 4 different parts: frameworks, counterweights, base and cabin
  • Parts of prefab houses, also loaded on flatbeds and low loaders
I don't know how convoys work, haven't done anyone, but it would be nice to have convoys with house parts and crane parts as special transports. You see those from time to to time here in Sweden.
  • Another flatbed cargo I would like is something similar to the train parts, but covered with a strapped down tarp. Maybe just partly or fully covered. The cargo could be just anything, like machine parts or whatever
Visual cargoes are very nice but obviously needs more work to do, compared to a cargo made with a def-file

Hi there,

I wish for more realistics freihts and more realistic handling with it. Within tanker trailer can be diesel or gasoline for hauling to gasstatiobs everywhere. Or heating oil to companies and/or private houses
Motor oil at the other hand should be a freight on bottles onto palettes at a dryvan or Curtainsider.
There is no sense in delivering motor oil in a tanker trailer at the ramp of Tradeaux for example..

Also the handling of sea containers could be improved. Normally you got a full filled container at the port of Hamburg or Bremerhaven, then deliver it to a wholeseller or common Logistics company like LKW or Tradeaux z there the container itself will be unloaded till it is empty, then you have to return either the empty container back to port or to a cargo train station. Or if the company also have things to export it fits filled up and then the player returns it back to port..
Also the design from the containers itself could be more used looking with oxidation and so on.. maybe with some additional fictional names onto it ..

Best regards

I agree that we don't need to keep adding new content right away, but rather focus on improving the existing content, as this will enhance the experience for players who have been playing for a while and are past level 25.

Yes, delivering fuel to gas stations—except in France—is one way to improve logistics. It’s probably unrealistic to expect heating oil to be delivered to individual homes; it would be difficult to do that with a truck—in practice, smaller trucks handle this task.

What I do to at least improve realism a tiny bit, when using a flatbed or low bed, is to set delivery to "easy" in the settings. That way you avoid ending up backing to a terminal with a excavator
