Claimed inventory to wrong account

I'm helping my son play with me and accidentally claimed the halloween stuff to the wrong account. Anyway to gift that back or something?

If you mean that it's a separate Steam account - Steam has trades. He has to be in your friends list, and I think both of your inventories shouldn't be set to private. Inventory - Trade offers - New Trade or something like that.
