I have found two very small pieces of gray on at the garage and recruitment agency in Helsingborg Sweden in the Scandinavia DLC

This area is not part of N.H.
It has maybe been touched by the refresh, I don't remember, but all 4 Fennoscandia countries were at 100% before I installed NH.
So nothing undiscoverable there.

Unrelated, found a tiny (really) bit just north of Trondheim, near the E14/E6 junction, on the E14, east and south of the middle roundabout.
This one is discoverable, but it's a bug since I had to use teleporting to climb the wall. It's too small to prevent getting 99.995 though.

Scandinavia is a very beautiful region...and Iceland will be the icing (pun intended) on the cake for that region once it releases.

Important to now the the difference imo

Scandinavia consists of Denmark, Norway and Sweden (Scandinavian Peninsula)
Fennoscandinavia includes Finland and a few parts of Russia
Iceland is in the North Atlantic Ocean with Faroe Islands and Greenland
All or part of the Nordic Region and Nordic Council

Btw Iceland is the youngest landmass on earth

^ I bet Finland not being part of Scandinavia is a detail most of people don't know, and their number seems to be increasing, not only in Finland. Iceland is not the youngest landmass on Earth. That "honour" belongs to small landmasses created in the ring of fire in the pacific. It is also not the youngest habited landmass, either

With the conclusion of the events, I think, Nordic Horizons got "a bit" more attention than Louisiana, making me think despite the fears fed by some, ETS2 is far from dead... and SCS knows it.
