It's kind of frustrating that Tobii invests more in their give-aways and promotions then spend that money on making a Linux driver, same for other hardware manufacturers btw.

The software only supports Windows, not Linux.

I'd also like to be able to install the Tobii Eye Tracker software in Proton, but it doesn't seem to work.
Sorry to jump in on an old post, but LookPilot is working perfectly fine on Linux, what do you mean it doesn't support it? It has native support to boot!
I've used it since last fall without issues when I feel like I want more VR'ish experience. Literally: start LookPilot, let it find my camera and check my head gets detected properly, launch the game and play.
I did take one of those axis off, because moving back-and-forth was a pain since I can't stay still, apparently. :D
