Phase 1 Nevada would probably be everything you mentioned in the previous page (US-50 and I-80 with the cities + adding Fallon), and I can see that coming Q2 or Q3 2026 *with the assumption it's been in production for a while now*.

The rest of Arizona seems like a 2027 release to me. Phoenix will take a bulk of the work given how huge it is in real life.

I can't wait to see the new Phoenix. Base map Phoenix is so not it lol. Its so 2016. SCS does cities much much better now. If we have a grided Phoenix and I hope we do, I think it has a solid shot at being really really accessible. Phoenix has a great layout imo and it could be a nice sprawling city for sure.

I'm not sure how they pull it off but the airport probably has to make the game if the other big cities are getting them. US-60 getting realigned should help though. I-10 and I-17 should be loaded up with industry and urban development. We have to get urban sprawl if Phoenix is going to fell like a big city. The new Albuquerque did well with the sprawl. Its done better than DFW. But DFW has a ton of interchanges that took up urban sprawl. As large as Phoenix is, the huge junctions don't seem like they effect much space wise like other cities such as DFW. I'm looking for a nice metro area to come from Phoenix. We got LA (2nd largest). Chicago is yet to be released (3rd largest) but we'll get this year. We have Houston (4th largest). Phoenix is 5th largest US city so we need something comparable in size to Chicago/Houston for sure. So yep Phoenix should take quite a bit of time if its going to be great.

I'm also curious to see how they'll handle Phoenix. I cannot wait to have a good connection in the I-10 between Texas and California.

Hopefully phoenix is as good as Albuquerque. Would also like to see loop 202, and if enough room maybe even 101.

I rather have US-60 on the right place than all of loop 202. Loop 101? I would skip it too.
And 303? I would raze it.
Loop 202? I could have it from I-10 to 143.
US-60, Wickenburg to Phoenix, I would have going as close to central Phoenix as possible.
For example, as far as Thomas Road that ASUSTechSupport has in here viewtopic.php?p=2113172#p2113172
Van Buren / Buckeye, could be good options west of I-17 for depots.

B-Double trailer and short modes: EN 7.82 swap body, 20’ or 30’ containers.
Standalone 40' mode: EN 7.82 swap body, 20', 30', 40' or 2 x 20' trailer.

Not sure I agree. I think they will have plenty room to do US 60 all the way through, 303 on the northwest corner, 202 on the southwest corner (skip the southeast). 101 can get skipped.

303 allows you to bypass having to go through Phoenix to go west or north on I10 and I17 and 202 allows you to bypass going through phoenix on I10. Both of those are very important routes for trucks and should be included. There’s a lot of empty space around phoenix so I think they will have plenty of room.

I agree with Shiva on US-60 @ Wickenburg to Phoenix. We need that to start US-93 and connect to I-17 and beyond. This makes more sense and at 1:20 scale compared to 1:35 when Phoenix was built, hopefully its possible. US-60 definitely should run from Wickenburg all the way thru to Show Low. Making the proper alignment will make a huge difference.

I'm on the fence with 303, 101 and 202 though. If either fits, sure go for it. But that is if we get enough sprawling off I-10 and I-17. 303 is in the game now but the new Phoenix layout determines if 303 returns. I'd rather have US-60 connecting to US-93 more than anything. The current Phoenix is tiny for sure. If Albuquerque (which is awesome by the way) is what it is, I expect Phoenix to be the 2nd best city in the base map. So I agree that by Albuquerque standards, Phoenix should look great. Phoenix should be 2x larger than what we currently have. Hopefully we get 1-2 new company names in phase 2 Arizona. And that's not including Lonestar Forwarding. We need that regardless in Nogales and Douglas. Please finally bring us solar farms for sure for the base map.

Anywho, I did have a vision for 101 and 202. If we can get them in parts, cool. If both are skipped, cool. Either or need a valid reason to be in the game though. Bypass for 1:20 isn't good enough. Bypass with industry is valid enough though. 202 from I-10 to US-60 makes sense and it fits with all that space. Unless AZ-87 comes. If 202 can't come because of the airport though, cool.

The 101 could connect I-17 to US-60 and spare 202/airport area because its more East. Best case 202 can connect at 101 and it too go around to US-60. There are a couple of quarry's off 202 on the North to justify this route. 202 South of US-60 to I-10 might squeeze space for I-10 to Tucson. We could get Lucid car plant instead of 202 on the SE side of Phoenix instead and that would be a compromise to 202 South of US-60.

101 West of I-10 is mostly residential with small retail pockets. Same with 303. But 303 has potential just North off I-10 in which 1:20 scale for 303 could totally give us meaningful industry this time.

I agree I think including a few of the loops will allow Phoenix to sprawl out the industry more just like IRL.

Flight I read a comment here about the 80 being worked on, or tow rework teams? Have you heard of anything that says the 80 is being worked on?

Looking at the new map and roads wow Im excited to play. Adding cities in Arizona is really cool. I wish they would add the 62 as an alternate for the 10. There is room.

Arizona is looking a lot better. I’m hoping they make more of the 66 drivable near Barstow.

I feel like they will likely do the second part of Arizona since they are already there and then do Nevada or are doing Nevada already.

Oregon seems fine right now and I’m sure some patches and all but I’m with Flight on wanting the 80 done as it’s far more in need.

Seeing what they have done with New Mexico is exciting. I like when they make it really feel like you are in the state. This game has come so far and it doesn’t feel like it did when I started playing, it actually feels like a smaller model of the real US.
