[ Nordic Horizons DLC] Traffic bug [332004]

In Skelleftea Sweden, I'm not fully sure if it's the vehicles are stuck bug when light is green nor how common this particular bug is, But both directions don't move after crossing the light. I think one of them did after a bit but the others haven't.
